In addition spending health and care will increase by the increase of older people population because they need more medical care than normal people . Elderly could be referred as people that are older than 60 years; some put is at 65 years while some authors raise is to be persons aged above 65 years. Elderly care center : is a long term care facility licensed by the state that offers 24 hours room and board and health care services, including basic and skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, and a full range of other therapies treatments and programs. People who live in nursing homes are referred to as residents.
